Jouw uitdagingen als Lead Engineer Multitechnieken:

  • Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het uitwerken van concepten en technische ontwerpen voor HVAC- en sanitairinstallaties in gebouwen. Je vertaalt programma-eisen naar duurzame, haalbare en energie-efficiënte oplossingen en coördineert het volledige studiewerk binnen HVAC en sanitair, in afstemming met andere technische disciplines.
  • Als sleutelfiguur binnen het interne kenniscentrum geef je advies aan de tenderafdeling en uitvoeringsteams. Je ondersteunt bij ontwerpkeuzes, technische optimalisaties en strategische beslissingen binnen de organisatie en waar nodig binnen de bredere groep.
  • Op basis van een grondige analyse van de klantbehoeften werk je concepten en ontwerpen uit. Dit omvat onder meer het uitvoeren van controleberekeningen en het uitwerken van deelontwerpen.
  • Met een kritisch en analytisch oog identificeer je verbeterpunten in bestaande concepten en ontwerpen, met als doel continu te voldoen aan hoge kwaliteits- en performantie-eisen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het versterken van het expertisecentrum door markttrends in gebouwtechnieken op te volgen, nieuwe inzichten te ontwikkelen en kennis te delen met collega's.
  • Sa de ontwerpfase werk je nauw samen met projectteams om de uitvoering vlot en succesvol te laten verlopen.
  • Je bent van opleiding een ingenieur-architect, ingenieur bouwkunde/elektromechanica/werktuigkunde (of gerelateerd) en staat te popelen om jouw theoretische kennis toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • Je kan minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen HVAC en sanitair voorleggen.
  • Je bent een krak in het vertalen van technische concepten naar praktische toepassingen voor onze klanten. Je bent communicatief sterk en bent in staat om een complexe technische materie helder en duidelijk toe te lichten.
  • Je bent leergierig, gebeten door innovatie en neemt initiatief tot kwaliteitsverbetering, kennisopbouw en kennisdeling binnen jouw expertisedomeinen.
