Als Lead Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde ben jij de technische spil in grote utilitaire projecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het engineeren van complete werktuigbouwkundige installaties, van klimaatinstallaties tot sanitaire voorzieningen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de bouw, elektrotechniek en projectleiding om tot de beste integrale oplossingen te komen. Omdat bouw en installatie hier onder één dak zitten, heb je korte lijnen en kun je snel schakelen. Je begint projecten vaak al in de ontwerpfase, waarbij je meedenkt over de beste technische oplossingen. Je maakt berekeningen, stelt specificaties op en werkt ontwerpen uit in BIM-software. Tijdens de uitvoering ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de uitvoerders en monteurs op de bouwplaats. Je lost technische vraagstukken op, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Ook begeleid je junior engineers en help je hen groeien in hun vakmanschap. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Engineeren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties voor grote utiliteitsprojecten; - Maken van technische berekeningen en specificaties; - Uitwerken van ontwerpen in BIM-software (Revit); - Technische afstemming met bouwkundige en elektrotechnische disciplines; - Ondersteunen van de uitvoering en beantwoorden van technische vragen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en budget; - Begeleiden en coachen van junior engineers.
