Je coördineert de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en ondersteunt engineers bij technische vraagstukken en complexe projecten. Daarnaast werk je zelf actief mee aan het ontwerpen en realiseren van constructies, modules en complete systemen. Je zorgt ervoor dat ontwerpen technisch haalbaar, kwalitatief sterk en efficiënt realiseerbaar zijn en dat het team gezamenlijk tot de beste technische oplossingen komt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Ontwerpen en detailleren van constructies, modules en machinelijnen; • Opstellen en beheren van 2D- en 3D-tekeningen en technische documentatie; • Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en technische standaarden binnen projecten; • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt binnen multidisciplinaire teams; • Afstemmen met projectleiding, productie, service en leveranciers; • Signaleren van technische risico's, afwijkingen en verbetermogelijkheden; • Bijdragen aan standaardisatie, innovatie en continuous improvement; • Begeleiden en ondersteunen van engineers binnen het team. Naast je technische verantwoordelijkheid draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe concepten, procesoptimalisatie en kennisdeling binnen de afdeling. Jouw profiel Je bent een ervaren, technisch sterke engineer met een praktische en analytische aanpak. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen meerdere projecten, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt overzicht.
