Herausforderungen,

die du meisterst

* Anlagen bedienen: Du steuerst und überwachst unsere modernen Abfüllanlagen.

* Prozess sichern: Du garantierst einen reibungslosen und effizienten Produktionsablauf.

* Qualität prüfen: Du führst eigenständig Hygiene- und Qualitätskontrollen durch.

* Störungen beheben: Du erkennst Fehler frühzeitig und greifst direkt an der Anlage ein.

* Teamwork leben: Du unterstützt Deine Kollegen bei Umstell- und Wartungsarbeiten.

* Daten pflegen: Du dokumentierst alle relevanten Produktionsdaten sorgfältig.

* Arbeitsmodell: 3-Schichtbetrieb (Montag bis Freitag, im wöchentlichen Wechsel - freie Wochenenden!)

Das bringst du mit

* Basis: Technische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Produktion (von Vorteil).

* Skills: Technisches Verständnis und echte Begeisterung für moderne Maschinen.

* Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig, verlässlich und verantwortungsbewusst.

* Mindset: Teamgeist, Flexibilität und volle Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst.

* Sprache: Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Kommunikation.

* Bonus: Ein gültiger Staplerschein ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
