Krijg jij energie van het ontwikkelen van onderhoudsstrategieën, het analyseren van complexe technische vraagstukken en het verbeteren van installaties op assetniveau? En wil je jouw expertise inzetten binnen een industriële omgeving die dagelijks bijdraagt aan een circulaire toekomst? Voor ATM in Moerdijk, onderdeel van Renewi, zoeken wij een Lead Reliability Engineer. In deze nieuwe sleutelrol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van de reliability-aanpak binnen de organisatie. Je bepaalt de koers op het gebied van asset performance, onderhoudsstrategie en installatiebetrouwbaarheid en adviseert Maintenance, Engineering en Operations over structurele verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de reliability-strategie voor onze installaties. - Leidinggeven aan het Reliability team (2 FTE) - Leiden van risicoanalyses en het vertalen van de uitkomsten naar onderhouds- en assetstrategieën. - Identificeren van bad actors en structurele knelpunten binnen de installaties. - Analyseren van OEE, uptime en onderhoudsdata om verbeterkansen te realiseren. - Begeleiden en uitvoeren van betrouwbaarheidsanalyses, waaronder FMECA's. - Vertalen van data en analyses naar onderhoudsconcepten, inspectieprogramma's en verbeterprojecten. - Initiëren en monitoren van programma's rondom onder andere corrosie, trillingen, ageing en regelkringen. - Adviseren van Maintenance, Engineering en Operations over modificaties (MoC's), investe...
