Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het betrouwbaar functioneren van productie-installaties, pilot plants, laboratoriumopstellingen en opslagfaciliteiten. Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit, begeleidt modificaties en speelt een actieve rol bij inbedrijfstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, technologie en laboratoriumteams en adviseert hen over verbeteringen, onderhoud en technische aanpassingen. Dankzij de grote variatie aan installaties en werkzaamheden is geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van preventief en correctief onderhoud - Onderhouden, reviseren en modificeren van productie-, pilot plant- en laboratoriuminstallaties - Lokaliseren, analyseren en verhelpen van storingen aan proces- en labinstallaties - Werken aan besturingssystemen, meet- en regelcircuits en beveiligingsapparatuur - Adviseren van productie-, technologie- en laboratoriummedewerkers bij verbeteringen en nieuwbouw - Kalibreren (of assisteren bij het kalibreren) van instrumentatie - Opbouwen van niet-standaard componenten en installaties aan de hand van tekeningen of instructies - Strikt naleven van Arbo-, veiligheids- en QHSE-voorschriften Wat wij vragen Jij bent een nauwkeurige en leergierige E&IA-professional met een sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.
