Für eine Direktanstellung bei unserem Kunden in Graz-Umgebung Nord, einem weltweit führendem Anbieter von innovativen Lösungen in Bereich Sondermaschinenbau, suchen wir eine*n erfahrene*n Lean Manager*in für Prozess- und Produktionsoptimierung.

In dieser vielseitigen Position verbinden Sie Prozessoptimierung, Lean Management und Digitalisierung und treiben gemeinsam mit der Operations-Leitung strategische Verbesserungsprojekte über mehrere Standorte hinweg voran. Dabei schaffen Sie nachhaltige Effizienzsteigerungen und bringen moderne Technologien wie KI und digitale Operations-Lösungen gezielt zum Einsatz.

Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktions-, Logistik-, Qualitäts- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Qualität

* Weiterentwicklung moderner Shopfloor-Management-Strukturen und -Methoden

* Identifikation und Bewertung geeigneter Digitalisierungs- und KI-Anwendungsfälle im Operations-Bereich

* Begleitung der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Lösungen wie MES, APS, CMMS, BI und KI-Anwendungen

* Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines übergreifenden Operations Transformation Program Office

* Unterstützung strategischer Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Operations-Leitung

* Koordination, Nachverfolgung und nachhaltige Sicherstellung definierter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Projektziele

Skills sind der Schlüssel

Fachliche Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium mit Fokus Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik, SCM oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Methoden der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

* Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit KPIs, Kennzahlensystemen und Datenanalysen

* Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

* Berufserfahrung in der Produktion, Operational Excellence, Lean Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering oder Operations Consulting

Persönliche Stärken

* Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt zwischen € 4.500 und € 5.200. Geboten wird von unserem Kunden eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
