Unique Antwerpen zoekt een Learning & Development Specialist! Ben jij een sterke planner die graag overzicht bewaart, mensen en processen met elkaar verbindt en energie krijgt van een internationale werkomgeving? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat medewerkers die wereldwijd actief zijn op gespecialiseerde schepen, op het juiste moment de juiste opleidingen en certificeringen krijgen. Je hoeft hiervoor zelf geen trainingen te ontwikkelen of te geven: jouw kracht ligt in plannen, organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen.

  • Trainingsorganisatie: Je organiseert en plant trainingen voor scheepsbemanning, altijd op een kostenefficiënte manier. Daarnaast regel je alle bijbehorende logistiek.
  • Opleidingsbehoeften: Je achterhaalt de opleidingsbehoeften van de bemanning door actief te informeren en te reageren op verzoeken.
  • Coördinatie en samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met technische experts en trainingsaanbieders om trainingen te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren.
  • Ondersteuning en administratie: Je ondersteunt de administratief medewerker bij het verwerken van certificaten en zorgt ervoor dat alle certificaten up-to-date en geldig zijn.

  • Plannen, organiseren en overzicht bewaren zijn jouw grootste troeven.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma of een vergelijkbaar niveau, opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Je hebt al relevante werkervaring opgedaan waarin planning en coördinatie een belangrijke rol speelden.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, en in het bijzonder met Excel.
  • Je bent bereid om uitzonderlijk internationaal te reizen voor bezoeken aan schepen of opleidingspartners.
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal vloeiend, in woord en geschrift.
