The posting

Binnen het commerciële team van Van Mossel Autolease België verzorg je als Lease Consultant Private Lease dagelijks de relaties met potentiële privé-klanten. Je werkt nauw samen en overlegt met het team van verkopers in het Van Mossel dealer netwerk met als doel de verkoopvolumes te laten stijgen.

Hoe ziet jouw dag als Lease Consultant Private Lease eruit?

  • Private lease voorstellen die via de online calculator door het verkoopteam bij de dealer werden berekend nakijken op correctheid en volledigheid
  • Zelf private lease voorstellen opmaken voor Van Mossel voertuigen die niet via de online calculator kunnen berekend worden
  • De kredietdossiers van klanten en prospecten voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • De B2C klant op elk moment tussen ondertekening van het leasecontract en het afleveren van de wagen informeren over de voortgang in het proces
  • Vragen van Van Mossel Autolease Private Lease klanten behartigen, intern uitzetten en de informatie op een deskundige manier terugkoppelen
  • De kredietdossiers van nieuwe klanten voorbereiden en verder opvolgen, waarbij regelmatige communicatie met de eindklant noodzakelijk is
  • Korte opvolging van de aflevering en vervolgens de inzet van de wagen, zodat de facturatiestroom meteen aansluit met de eerste gereden kilometers
  • Opvolging van het rijdende vloot
  • Feedback verzorgen aan de Teamleader Private Lease over de performantie en de succesratio van de day-to-day business en promotionele acties
  • De voertuigen die weldra “einde contract” komen opvolgen en de Private Lease klanten contacteren om maximale repeat business te genereren
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij de collega’s met dezelfde functie en de sales force bij de Van Mossel-dealers bijstaan

Jijzelf in een notendop:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor diploma behaald, verder gezet met een passende administratieve of commerciële eerste werkervaring
  • Je kan vlot overweg met het MS-office pakket
  • Vlotte kennis (mondeling én schriftelijk) van het Nederlands en Frans
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële flair en weet als geen ander de behoeften en noden van de klant te detecteren.
  • Zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem, maar je bent ook een echte teamplayer.
