Leefgroepbegeleider - Koraal vzw

Koraal vzw is actief binnen jeugd, welzijn en buitenschoolse kinderopvang. Voor onze afdeling welzijn zoeken we een leefgroepbegeleider.

Je begeleidt kinderen in hun dagelijkse leefomgeving en ondersteunt hen in hun ontwikkeling, emoties, gezondheid, school en contacten met hun netwerk. Je werkt samen met gezinnen, neemt deel aan overlegmomenten, houdt cliëntdossiers correct bij en staat mee in voor lichte huishoudelijke taken.

Je taken :

· je neemt de dagelijkse zorg op voor de allerkleinsten en begeleidt kinderen in hun spel, emoties, gezondheid, school, relatie tot het netwerk, …

· je werkt mee aan een ontwikkelingsstimulerend klimaat voor kinderen

· je vertrekt vanuit de noden en hulpvraag van kinderen en hun gezin en gaat hier procesmatig mee aan de slag

· je participeert aan interne en externe overlegmomenten en intervisie

· je communiceert met gezinnen over de begeleiding in de leefgroep en betrekt hen in de leefgroepwerking

· je zorgt voor een correcte neerslag in het cliëntdossier

· je staat in voor licht huishoudelijk werk

Je competenties :

Persoonsgebonden competenties:

· je plaatst de cliënt centraal en vertrekt vanuit de krachten van gezinnen

· je beschikt over pedagogisch inzicht en hebt voeling met de doelgroep

· je kan vlot met een groep kinderen omgaan, maar ook inspelen op individuele noden en emoties van kinderen

· je blijft rustig in conflict- of crisissituaties

· je bent creatief en speelt graag

· je kan vlot zelfstandig werken, maar bent vooral een echte teamplayer

· je bent stressbestendig en past je flexibel aan bij veranderingen en onverwachte situaties

· je beschikt over de nodige relationele en communicatieve vaardigheden (ifv contact met collega’s en gezinnen)

· je bent administratief nauwkeurig en werkt planmatig

· je bent bereid tot zelfreflectie en stelt je open voor supervisie

· je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent risicobewust

· je kan goed organiseren en structureren

Job-gerelateerde competenties:

· Professionele bachelor Orthopedagogie; TSO 3de graad leefgroepenwerking/ Jeugd -en gehandicaptenzorg

· 2 jaar relevante ervaring

· je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een basiskennis van het Engels

· je bent vertrouwd met Office applicaties Word en Outlook

· bereid zijn tot werken in een volcontinu systeem met nacht- en weekendwerk
