The posting

Je biedt warme en professionele ondersteuning aan 10 meerderjarige bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en een zekere psychische kwetsbaarheid. Je zorgt mee voor een veilige, rustige en huiselijke leefomgeving waarin structuur, voorspelbaarheid en nabijheid centraal staan.

Je ondersteunt bewoners in hun dagelijkse leven, met aandacht voor hun lichamelijk en emotioneel welzijn. Je begeleidt hen bij dagelijkse activiteiten, zelfredzaamheid en zinvolle daginvulling en biedt ondersteuning tijdens verzorgingsmomenten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het voorkomen en omgaan met probleemgedrag door een begeleidingsstijl op maat van de bewoner toe te passen.

Samen met je collega's werk je volgens een vast dagschema en draag je bij aan een warme en respectvolle samenwerking binnen het team.

  • Je hebt een hart voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en biedt ondersteuning vanuit rust, structuur en nabijheid.
  • Je kan flexibel inspelen op de noden en draagkracht van bewoners en schakelt vlot tussen een kordate en een zachte begeleidingsstijl.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis inzake verzorging, hygiëne, ergonomie, EHBO en veilige voeding of bent bereid je hierin verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt inzicht in factoren die probleemgedrag kunnen beïnvloeden en past je aanpak hierop aan.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, communiceert open en constructief en gaat respectvol om met collega's en bewoners.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster, inclusief weekends en feestdagen.
  • Je draagt mee onze waarden uit: respect, open communicatie, feedback geven en ontvangen en engagement opnemen voor gemaakte afspraken.
