The posting

Crescendo CVO is een dynamisch centrum voor volwassenenonderwijs waar praktijkgericht en toekomstgericht leren centraal staat. We bieden opleidingen aan in onder meer elektriciteit, hernieuwbare energie, hout, lassen en andere technologische vakgebieden.

Onze cursisten zijn volwassenen met diverse achtergronden: mensen die zich willen omscholen, hun vakkennis willen verdiepen of een nieuwe carrière willen uitbouwen. Daarom zetten we sterk in op praktijkgericht onderwijs en een nauwe aansluiting bij de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt.

Voor onze opleiding rond zonne-energie zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerkracht die zijn of haar technische expertise wil delen met de vakmensen van morgen.

Je verzorgt les in de modules:

Plaatsen van zonnepanelen In deze module leer je cursisten:

  • de werking van fotovoltaïsche installaties begrijpen;
  • zonnepanelen veilig en correct installeren;
  • installaties onderhouden en herstellen;
  • storingen opsporen en verhelpen;
  • het rendement van zonnepanelen optimaliseren.

In dienst stellen van zonnepanelen In deze module leer je cursisten:

  • een fotovoltaïsch systeem correct in dienst stellen;
  • de vereiste controles en metingen uitvoeren;
  • de veiligheid en goede werking van een installatie beoordelen;
  • gebruikers informeren over het optimaal gebruik van hun installatie;
  • relevante wetgeving en voorschriften toepassen.

Wij zoeken een kandidaat die:

  • beschikt over praktijkervaring in de installatie van fotovoltaïsche systemen;
  • kennis heeft van elektrische installaties en hernieuwbare energietechnieken;
  • technische kennis op een duidelijke en enthousiaste manier kan overbrengen;
  • graag werkt met volwassen cursisten;
  • beschikt over pedagogische bekwaamheid of bereid is deze te behalen.
