ID-E | Bouw mee aan een innovatieve leerhub waar jongeren opnieuw perspectief vinden

Ben jij een leerkracht Frans en wil je jouw vakkennis inzetten in een andere onderwijscontext? Werk je graag individueel met jongeren en haal je voldoening uit helder uitleggen, gerichte feedback geven en leerlingen stap voor stap vooruithelpen?

Bij ID-E werken jongeren via individuele, digitale trajecten op hun eigen tempo aan een diploma secundair onderwijs binnen de doorstroomfinaliteit. Voor Frans zoeken we een leerkracht die hen inhoudelijk sterker maakt.

De digitale leeromgeving en de trajectbegeleiding worden binnen het team opgenomen. Jij kan je daardoor vooral richten op waar jouw expertise ligt: Frans uitleggen, inoefenen, evalueren en gerichte feedback geven.

Diploma en ervaring Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor- of masterdiploma.

Je beschikt over een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs of bent bezig met een lerarenopleiding.

We staan ook open voor leerkrachten die hun huidige onderwijsopdracht graag aanvullen met enkele uren bij ID-E. Ook gepensioneerde leerkrachten die hun vakexpertise nog graag enkele uren inzetten, zijn welkom.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een leerkracht die:

  • een sterke vakkennis Frans heeft binnen de tweede en derde graad doorstroomfinaliteit;
  • leerstof helder en op verschillende manieren kan uitleggen;
  • snel kan inschatten waar een leerling inhoudelijk vastloopt en de begeleiding daarop afstemt;
  • gerichte feedback kan geven op spreek- en schrijfvaardigheid;
  • graag individueel met jongeren werkt;
  • zelfstandig werkt en tegelijk vlot afstemt met collega’s.
