We zoeken een leerkracht voor onze A-stroom, een werking voor leerlingen met autisme.

Onze leerlingen hebben nood aan een leerkracht die verder kijkt dan gedrag alleen. Iemand die nieuwsgierig is naar hoe leerlingen denken, leren en informatie verwerken. Iemand die begrijpt dat rust, duidelijkheid en voorspelbaarheid geen doel op zich zijn, maar de basis vormen om tot leren te komen.

Onze werking steunt op vier belangrijke pijlers:

  • Basisrust
  • Sociaal-emotioneel leren
  • Zelfregulerend leren
  • Maximale leerwinst

We creëren een krachtige leeromgeving waarin leerlingen weten wat er van hen verwacht wordt en zich veilig genoeg voelen om nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden te verwerven.

We zoeken een sterke leerkracht.

Iemand die leerdoelen scherp voor ogen houdt en leerlingen stap voor stap helpt om deze te bereiken. Een leerkracht die leerplandoelen kan vertalen naar betekenisvolle lessen, differentieert en creatief op zoek gaat naar lesmateriaal en ondersteuning op maat van zijn of haar leerlingen.

Daarnaast ben je iemand die:

  • duidelijke grenzen kan stellen op een warme en respectvolle manier;
  • structuur en voorspelbaarheid kan bieden;
  • gelooft in het groeipotentieel van elke leerling;
  • flexibel kan inspelen op onderwijs- en ondersteuningsnoden;
  • samen met collega's wil nadenken over wat werkt;
  • geduldig blijft wanneer leren niet vanzelfsprekend is.

Je begrijpt dat sommige leerlingen nood hebben aan een aangepaste omgeving, terwijl je hen tegelijk helpt groeien naar meer zelfstandigheid en deelname aan een klas- en schoolcontext.
