In Paviljoen-Schaarbeek staan in alle klassen meer dan één leerkracht! En… er is plaats voor een nieuwe leerkracht. Direct in dienst komen kan en blijven volgend schooljaar ook. Als dat geen mooi vooruitzicht is…

Ben jij een gediplomeerde kleuterleid(st)er? Dan ben jij misschien wel de geschikte kandidaat voor onze school?

Je werkt samen met een leerkracht die het reilen en zeilen van de school al goed kent. Samenwerken met collega's 'key' is.

In onze kleuterklassen 'thematiseren' we. De kleuters gaan na een sterke impressie onderzoeksvragen bedenken en gaan dan effectief op onderzoek. We werken samen met gastdocenten die hun expertise delen met de kleuters. Van dokters, verplegers en specialisten tot piloten, kappers en voetbaltrainers... .

Je werkt samen fijne thema's uit en krijgt daarvoor ook voldoende overleg- en voorbereidingstijd tijdens en na de uren.

Paviljoen in Schaarbeek is een vrij nieuwe school en biedt onderwijs aan op maat van elk kind. We focussen op de competenties die kinderen nodig hebben om in de snel veranderende maatschappij actief een rol op te nemen. We zien de school en het netwerk errond als een educatief ecosysteem waarin het onderwijs van vandaag een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid is van de school, de ouders, betrokken partners en het kind zelf. Vanuit een positief schoolklimaat waarin alle kinderen leren van en met elkaar, ontwikkelen onze kinderen zich tot zelfbewuste, kritische en creatieve jongeren.

Je komt terecht in een gemotiveerd team dat vanaf 1 september 2018 mee de school uit de grond gestampt heeft.

Profiel

Je werkt samen met een gemotiveerde co-teacher in onze kleuterschool in een innovatief project in Schaarbeek. Inderdaad, je staat met 2 voor 1 klas! Samenwerken is key! Je krijgt de kans om samen lessen voor te bereiden en ook in de klas te staan. Je krijgt de kans om opleidingen te volgen en je talenten te delen met het Paviljoen-team.
