Leerling Procesoperator B 5 ploegen DOC kaas - Start People - Hoogeveen Start People Jobid=4158_12594645 (0.091) Als leerling procesoperator bij DOC Kaas combineer je werken en leren. Je werkt in een moderne kaasfabriek in Hoogeveen en leert hoe je productieprocessen bewaakt, machines bedient en technische storingen oplost. Tijdens jouw BBL-opleiding Procesoperator B / VAPRO B krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en uiteindelijk zal je deze vakopleiding ook afronden met een erkende Operator B certificering. Kleine technische storingen signaleren en leren oplossen; Samenwerken met ervaren procesoperators; Een volledig betaalde MBO 3 BBL-opleiding Procesoperator B volgen. Je hoeft dus nog geen ervaren procesoperator te zijn. Als leerling operator bij DOC Kaas in Hoogeveen krijg je direct goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: ~ Werken in een 5-ploegendienst; ~ Volledig betaalde MBO 3 BBL-opleiding Procesoperator B; ~ Jaarlijkse salarisgroei tijdens je opleiding en daarnaast diverse CAO verhogingen; ~Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Dit betekent dat naast het uurloon bijvoorbeeld ook het aantal vrije dagen, toeslagen, ADV-vergoedingen en overige looncomponenten onderdeel zijn van je arbeidsvoorwaarden. Voor deze vacature zoeken we een gemotiveerde kandidaat die graag procesoperator B wil worden. Minimaal een HAVO- of MBO 3-diploma; Interesse in techniek, machines of productie; De bereidheid om in 5 ploegen te werken; Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Ervaring als productiemedewerker, operator of in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste als je een havo of mbo 3 diploma hebt.
