We zoeken iemand die al enige feeling heeft met het vak en zich verder wil ontwikkelen.

Je wilt graag het vak van timmerman leren;

Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit of enige ervaring met hout, timmeren of bouwwerkzaamheden;

Je bent technisch ingesteld en hebt praktisch inzicht;

Je begrijpt hoe constructies in elkaar zitten of kunt dit snel leren;

Je wilt leren hoe je kwalitatief en waterdicht bouwt;

Je vindt het belangrijk om mooi en goed werk af te leveren;

Je bent leergierig en neemt aanwijzingen goed op;

Je hebt een goede werkmentaliteit en neemt initiatief;

Je werkt netjes en zorgvuldig;

Je bent representatief en communicatief vaardig;

Je spreekt goed Nederlands, omdat je veel bij particuliere klanten werkt;

Je bent fulltime en per direct beschikbaar;

Je woont in Groningen-stad.

We zoeken dus niet per se iemand met jarenlange ervaring. Wel verwachten we dat je al enige basis, technisch inzicht of relevante praktijkervaring hebt. Je moet verder willen komen in het vak en trots willen zijn op wat je aan het einde van de dag hebt gemaakt.

Voor een opdrachtgever zoeken we een leerling timmerman die graag met zijn handen werkt en affiniteit heeft met de bouw. Ervaring is niet nodig, je leert het vak in de praktijk en wordt begeleid door ervaren collega's. Je ondersteunt bij timmerwerkzaamheden en krijgt de kans om jezelf stap voor stap verder te ontwikkelen. Het werk is afwisselend en vraagt om motivatie, inzet en de wil om nieuwe dingen te leren.
