Als leerondersteuner bij L SC DiverGent versterk je scholen in het gewoon onderwijs zodat alle leerlingen maximaal kunnen leren en participeren.

  • DiverGent is een leersteuncentrum dat scholen ondersteunt in het realiseren van kwaliteitsvol en dus inclusief onderwijs.
  • Je zorgt mee voor kansen voor leerlingen met specifieke onderwijsbehoeften binnen hun klascontext
  • Je werkt handelingsgericht en doelgericht, met oog voor wat wél werkt
  • Je coacht en adviseert leerkrachten en schoolteams
  • Je denkt mee over redelijke aanpassingen en inclusieve klaspraktijken
  • Je werkt samen met collega-leerondersteuners, scholen, ouders en externe partners
  • Je draagt bij aan duurzame oplossingen, niet aan tijdelijke quick fixes
