The posting

Als Legal Advisor ga je aan de slag in ons hoofdkantoor in het centrum van Antwerpen en zal je mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor de opvolging van juridische dossiers en het formuleren van praktische juridische adviezen. Je komt terecht in een jong en dynamisch team dat in een informeel kader hoogwaardige resultaten nastreeft.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding, opstelling, opvolging van diverse juridische dossiers (aangiftes, claims, contracten, algemene voorwaarden, …)
  • Je analyseert en detecteert risico’s en optimaliseert documenten.
  • Je focust op het adviseren van de directie en de afdelingen met betrekking tot juridische kwesties.
  • Je volgt de ontwikkelingen op in wetgeving en rechtspraak en overlegt met de directie in de te nemen maatregelen.
  • Je staat in voor de contacten met advocaten en adviseurs

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken voor deze functie een zelfstandige kandidaat die gericht is op het behalen van resultaten. Onze ideale kandidaat is detailgericht, pragmatisch en proactief. Hij/zij heeft zin voor creativiteit en beschikt over een kritische en analytische geest.

Je beschikt ook over:

  • Master rechten (Belgische recht)
  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Kennis van maritiem, milieu, contracten en IT recht zijn mooi meegenomen
  • Grote interesse in de logistieke sector
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en goede kennis Engels
