The posting

Bij House of Covebo staan mensen centraal. We bemiddelen flexibele medewerkers en willen hun werk goed regelen. Onze organisatie groeit en professionaliseert. Daarom zoeken we een Legal Advisor die collega’s helpt bij juridische vragen en meedenkt over heldere, werkbare oplossingen.

Je nieuwe baan

Als Legal Advisor werk je binnen de afdeling Legal & Compliance. Je adviseert collega’s en management over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken. De nadruk ligt op arbeidsrecht en de uitzendbranche. Daarnaast krijg je te maken met onderwerpen als huurrecht, ondernemingsrecht, ziekte, aansprakelijkheid en ontslag.

Je vertaalt juridische regels naar praktisch advies. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de vraag van vandaag: je helpt ook om afspraken, documenten en processen voor de toekomst goed te regelen. Je houdt je onder meer bezig met:

- Adviseren over arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken binnen de uitzendbranche; - opstellen, beoordelen en actueel houden van overeenkomsten, beleid en andere juridische documenten; - begeleiden van complexe casussen, geschillen en procedures; - signaleren van juridische risico’s en adviseren over de naleving van wet- en regelgeving; - meedenken over juridische aspecten van operationele en strategische beslissingen; - informeren van collega’s over wijzigingen in wetgeving en cao’s, en wat die voor hun werk betekenen.

Je vindt het leuk om juridische vragen uit te zoeken én je advies begrijpelijk te maken voor collega’s zonder juridische achtergrond. Je werkt zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief en weet wanneer een praktische oplossing mogelijk is en wanneer een risico extra aandacht vraagt.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Rechten, bij voorkeur met een specialisatie in arbeidsrecht; - minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare juridische functie; - goede kennis van het Nederlandse arbeidsrecht; - uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands; - beschikbaarheid voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
