Wat ga je doen? - Het opstellen, beoordelen, onderhandelen en beheren van commerciële en overige contracten - Het adviseren van directie en interne stakeholders over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken, waaronder contractenrecht, ondernemingsrecht, privacy, compliance en corporate governance - Het identificeren, beoordelen en beheersen van juridische risico's en waar nodig tijdig escaleren naar de CFO - Het ondersteunen van strategische trajecten, waaronder fusies, overnames en andere corporate transacties - Het verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van juridische beleidskaders, standaarddocumentatie en interne richtlijnen - Het bewaken van de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder GDPR - Het adviseren over privacyvraagstukken en het beheren van relevante GDPR-documentatie - Het behandelen en coördineren van juridische vraagstukken vanuit de verschillende vakantieparken, waaronder tweedelijns klachten van gasten - Het onderhouden van juridische dossiers, contractregistratie en documentatie - Het fungeren als eerste juridische aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en hen voorzien van praktisch en begrijpelijk juridisch advies - Het coördineren van externe juridische adviseurs en bewaken van de kwaliteit en voortgang van juridische trajecten - Het ondersteunen bij het beheer van de verzekeringsportefeuille, waaronder polisbeheer, claims en risico-inschattingen Wie zijn wij?
