Vanwege verdergaande groei en ontwikkeling is ter uitbreiding van het Legal team de vacature ontstaan voor een enthousiaste Legal Counsel NL/international Allround; locatie: regio Rotterdam Het betreft een uitdagende, veelzijdige functie als Legal Counsel, waarbij je het complete pallet van internationaal juridische vraagstukken onder je hoede krijgt. Denk hierbij onder andere aan commerciële contracten (in- en verkoop), contractonderhandelingen, standaardovereenkomsten en -voorwaarden, onderwerpen, vraagstukken en kwesties op het gebied van Ondernemingsrecht, Vermogens/financieel recht, Verbintenissenrecht, Risk management, eventueel Bestuursrecht en soms Arbeidsrecht. Uiteraard hoef je niet overal in gespecialiseerd te zijn. De organisatie biedt je veel mogelijkheden om je verder te ontwikkelen. Regelmatig wordt een beroep gedaan op externe, ook internationale advocatuur. De functie heeft een sterk internationaal karakter. Het betreft een uitbreiding van het Legal Team (nu bestaande uit een Corporate Legal Counsel en een Legal Officer). Vereisten: - Afgeronde Bachelor/Master opleiding Rechten; - Ca. 5+ jaar werkervaring als Bedrijfsjurist, Legal Officer/Counsel of Advocaat (medewerker/stagiaire) in profit omgeving, bijv. manufacturing, logistics, fmcg, food, pharma of advocatuur; - Affiniteit met food sector; - Goede beheersing Nederlandse, Engelse taal; - Beheersing Duitse taal is een pre; - Specifieke competenties: zelfstandig, proactief, ambitieus, schakelt soepel met business/management, communicatief vaardig,...
