KV-Bruttogehalt: EUR 3128.82 - 3453.01 (Vollzeitbasis)

Wochenstunden: 38 Stunden

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Überbetriebliche Ausbildung der Jugendlichen gemäß § 30b und § 8b Berufsausbildungsgesetz (BAG)

* Du begleitest deine Teilnehmer*innen beim Erwerb der theoretischen und fachpraktischen Kenntnisse bis zur Lehrabschlussprüfung

* Du gestaltest und begleitest die individuellen Lernprozesse deiner Teilnehmer*innen und kooperierst mit den Berufsschulen/Praktikumsbetrieben

* Du vereinbarst Lernziele mit deinen Teilnehmer*innen auf Basis ihrer individuellen Kompetenzen

* Du setzt Gruppen- und Einzelcoachings um

* Du unterstützt deine Teilnehmer*innen bei der Suche nach einem Praktikumsplatz, mit der Priorität der Vermittlung in ein Ausbildungsverhältnis in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt

* Du entwickelst gerne auch mal neue Ideen und bringst sie im Team ein

Du hast:

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich

* Erfahrung in der Lehrlingsausbildung im Einzelhandel

* Ausbilderberechtigung nach § 29gBAG bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

* Gender Mainstreaming und Diversity Management bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

* bist gerne im Austausch mit Jugendlichen und arbeitest gerne mit ihnen

* bist ein kreativer und agiler Mensch voller Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
