Als Teamleider Koelcontainers ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht achter alle logistieke processen rondom koelcontainers op de terminal in Rotterdam. Je stuurt een team monitoring engineers aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden soepel, veilig en efficiënt verlopen. Jouw ervaring en leiderschap maken het verschil in het dagelijks functioneren van jouw team en het waarborgen van de operationele kwaliteit. Een gemiddelde werkdag is afwisselend en uitdagend: je start met een dagstart, verdeelt de taken, houdt nauw contact met terminalmedewerkers en andere stakeholders, en coördineert waar nodig bij operationele knelpunten. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden, zorgt dat de VCA-richtlijnen strikt worden nageleefd en springt bij waar nodig. Jij bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en weet jouw team te inspireren en te ontwikkelen. Ben jij klaar om je leiderschap naar een hoger niveau te tillen op een unieke locatie in de Rotterdamse haven? Wat bieden wij - Bruto maandsalaris tot €6.000,- (exclusief toeslagen); - 30% ploegentoeslag bovenop basissalaris; - Direct contract bij de opdrachtgever; - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 50 km per dag); - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Volcontinu 5-ploegendienst (2/2/2-rooster); - Mogelijkheid tot het volgen van opleidingen en trainingen; - Werken in een dynamisch, hecht team op een unieke locatie. Functie-eisen - Minimaal een mbo-3 diploma in techniek of logistiek - Meerdere jaren ervaring als Koelcontainer monteur/Reefermonteur; - Ervaring als teamleider is een pre; - In het bezit van een VCA VOL-certificaat; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk); - Rijbewijs en eigen vervoer; - Sterk in motiveren, organiseren en communiceren; - Teamgericht, resultaatgericht en proactief.
