Als Leidinggevend Monteur E&W ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en zorg je ervoor dat de installaties volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je combineert jouw technische expertise met leidinggevende taken en bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team monteurs. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider, werkvoorbereider en andere disciplines om tot een optimaal eindresultaat te komen. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht van de organisatie richting de opdrachtgever en zorg je voor een professionele uitstraling op de bouwplaats. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coachen van een team monteurs op de bouwplaats; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoering; - Technisch uitvoeren van complexe werkzaamheden binnen E&W installaties; - Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere disciplines; - Controleren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en oplossen van technische vraagstukken; - Verzorgen van de communicatie met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en voorstellen van verbeteringen; - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van teamleden.

Deze functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je krijgt de kans om door te groeien naar een rol als Uitvoerder of Projectleider, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor complete projecten. De organisatie ondersteunt je hierin met gerichte opleidingen en trainingen op het gebied van projectmanagement, leidinggeven en technische specialisaties. Ook kun je je verder ontwikkelen in specifieke vakgebieden zoals duurzame installatietechniek of gebouwautomatisering.
