Ihre zukünftige Rolle:

* Verantwortlich für Definition und Umsetzung der Qualitäts-Strategie des Unternehmens

* Disziplinäre Führung der Qualitäts-Abteilung (aktuell 5 Mitarbeiter)

* Planung und Implementierung aller Maßnahmen zur operativen Produkt-Qualitätssicherung

* Verantwortlich für Produkt-Audits, Lebensdauertests, Validierungen und Dokumentenfreigaben

* Betreuung und Verbesserung des Qualitätsmanagement-Systems

* Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung notwendiger Zertifizierungen bzw. Revisionen

* Betreuung und Entwicklung von Lieferanten, Planung und Durchführung von Lieferanten-Audits

* Erfassung und Analyse von Qualitäts-Abweichungen, Einleiten korrektiver und präventiver Maßnahmen

* Qualitätsberichterstattung an das Management

* Aktives Veranlassen von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung und -Management

Das ist Ihr Job, wenn Sie Folgendes mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, o.ä.

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Qualitätsabteilungen

* Fundierte Kenntnis der ISO 9001 Anforderungen sowie praktische Erfahrung in der dementsprechenden Abwicklung der Produktion

* Ausbildung zum internen Auditor von Vorteil, fundierte Kenntnisse im Reklamationswesen

* Sehr gutes Deutsch, verhandlungssicheres Englisch
