Wir verstärken die Teams in unseren Bezirksseniorenheimen mit 1 Leiterin/Leiter des Betreuungs- und Pflegedienstes vollzeitbeschäftigt

Eintritt: nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Organisation, fachliche Anleitung und Aufsicht des Pflegedienstes, Sicherung, Überwachung und Verbesserung der Pflegequalität, sowie Sicherstellung eines effizienten Sachmitteleinsatzes im Pflegebereich

Sie bringen für die Rolle mit:

* Freude im Umgang mit alten Menschen und deren Angehörigen

* Hohe soziale Kontaktfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen gegenüber anderen

* Motivation und Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern

* Neugierde und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im fachlichen und persönlichen Bereich

* Einsatzbereitschaft

* Führungskompetenz, Fachkompetenz und Sozialkompetenz

* Einwandfreies Vorleben (wird nach Eingang Ihrer Bewerbung durch SHV Gmunden geprüft)

Nachzuweisende Aufnahmevoraussetzungen:

* Österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder Staatsbürgerschaft eines EU-Mitgliedsstaates, EWR-Staates entsprechend Arbeitnehmerfreizügigkeit

* Männliche Bewerber: Abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst

* Diplomprüfung der allgemeinen oder psychiatrischen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege mit fünf Jahren Praxis, wenn möglich im geriatrischen Bereich

* Fachspezifische Pflegedienstleiterausbildung gemäß der Oö. Alten- und Pflegeheimverordnung oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung in einem EU-Mitgliedstaat bzw. EWR-Staat oder die Bereitschaft, sich dieser Ausbildung innerhalb von 3 Jahren zu unterziehen

Entlohnung:

Sie verdienen monatlich bei Vollzeit ab € 4.700,-- brutto (Funktionslaufbahn GD 13 + 50 % Gehaltszulage des Oö. Gemeinde-Dienstrechts- und Gehaltsgesetz 2002).
