Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortlich für die inhaltliche Richtigkeit und Effizienz der Buchhaltung (ESW und RWH)

* Organisation, Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe

* Erstellung der Rohbilanz

* Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation der Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Abschlussarbeiten

* Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Liquiditätssteuerung

* Berechnung und Auswertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen

* Mitarbeiterführung in der Abteilung Finanzen

* Aufbau einer monatlichen Konsoldierung betreffend die RWH-Gruppe (derzeit vier operative Gesellschaften plus Holding-Gesellschaft)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Studium (Rechnungswesen, Steuerlehre); HAK/HASCH,...

* Buchhaltung und Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (Leitungsposition; 3-5 Jahre)

* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse

* SAP-Kenntnisse (Modulkenntnisse FI), alternativ BMD

* Abschluss-Sicherheit

* Sehr hohe Genauigkeit, sehr detailliertes Arbeiten einschl. umfangreicher Dokumentation

* Führungskompetenz und Vorbildwirkung

* Hohe Zahlenaffinität

* Belastbarkeit, sehr selbstständige Arbeitsweise und sehr hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Hohe Lern- und Einsatzbereitschaft
