Dein Job

* Du übernimmst die wirtschaftliche, personelle und fachliche Leitung und Steuerung für den Fachbereich Elektrotechnik. * Du hast die Verantwortung für die Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Planungsgrundsätzen und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie für die Entwicklung fachspezifischer Strategien, Richtlinien und Anforderungen im gesamten Planungs-, Bau- und Instandhaltungsprozess der Elektrotechnik. * Du richtest den Fachbereich an den Unternehmenszielen aus und stellst die Zielerreichung sicher. Darüber hinaus sorgst du für eine effiziente Organisation sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsmethoden. * Du definierst Leistungskennzahlen in Ableitung aus den Unternehmens- bzw. Bereichszielen, steuerst Budgets und Ressourcen und trägst die Ergebnisverantwortung für den Fachbereich. * Du führst und entwickelst deine Mitarbeiter:innen, steuerst die Personalplanung und stellst einen effizienten Personaleinsatz sicher. * Du vertrittst und repräsentierst den Fachbereich innerhalb und außerhalb der Gesellschaft und leitest, moderierst bzw. wirkst in fachlichen Projekten und Gremien mit. * Du verantwortest technische Maßnahmenentscheidungen bei technisch komplexen Themen und Vorhaben in den Regionen sowie für Projekte PNA. * Du verantwortest die Technologiebeobachtung und -optimierung sowie die Qualitätssicherung im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik. * Du verantwortest die fachspezifische technische Betreuung der Regionen im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik. * Du bist Träger:in des eisenbahntechnischen Know-hows im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik und stellst den Wissenstransfer in die Regionen sicher. * Du stellst die Pflege der fachbereichsspezifischen technischen Datenbanken sicher.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über einen technischen Abschluss einer HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universität, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik. * Du bringst mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld mit. * Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrung im ÖBB-Konzern oder in einer vergleichbaren Infrastrukturorganisation sammeln. * Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Planungs-, Bau- und Instandhaltungsprozesse. * Strategisches Denken, unternehmerisches Handeln und ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Ressourcen zeichnen dich aus. * Du überzeugst durch hohe Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein. * Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenzen und verstehst es, Mitarbeiter:innen zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln. * Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Lösungsorientierung rundet dein Profil ab.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "IN SAE Ltg. Fachbereich Elektrotechnik" ist ein Mindestentgelt von € 104.850 (All-in) brutto/Jahr vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.

* Da Führungspositionen in der ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG nur für einen definierten Zeitraum bestellt werden, erfolgt die Ausschreibung für diese Position "befristet" auf 3 Jahre. Die Befristung bezieht sich nur auf die Bestellung zur Führungskraft, nicht jedoch auf das Dienstverhältnis.
