Für unsere Standorte in Götzis suchen wir eine

Du bist...

* erantwortlich für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Instandhaltung gemeinsam mit den Teamleitern Elektrik, Mechanik und Werkzeug

* treibende Kraft, wenn es um den kontinuierlichen Kompetenzaufbau in deinen Teams geht

* sicherstellend, dass alle Anlagen fristgerecht überprüft, gewartet und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand gehalten werden

* aktiv involviert, wenn nachhaltige Reparaturen, Optimierungen und Verbesserungen an Betriebsmitteln umgesetzt werden

* die Person, die einen reibungslosen technischen Support gewährleistet und dabei den Überblick über Prioritäten und Ressourcen behält

Du hast...

* einen Meister-, HTL- oder FH-Abschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Automatisierung oder im Maschinenbau

* nachweisliche Führungserfahrung oder eine leitende Funktion bereits erfolgreich ausgeübt

* Projekterfahrung und Freude daran, technische Weiterentwicklungen aktiv mitzugestalten

* ausgeprägte Fach-, Sozial- und Führungskompetenz

* eine analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke

* Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in fordernden Situationen klar, lösungsorientiert und konstruktiv zu bleiben

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
