Unser Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner**Superior liegt auf 1.117 Metern in der Urlaubsregion Schladming-Dachstein. Das familiengeführte Hotel verbindet herzliche Gastfreundschaft mit Wellness und Erholung auf hohem Niveau, alpiner Kulinarik und einem umfangreichen Aktivprogramm. Unser Haus verfügt derzeit über 104 Zimmer und Suiten sowie 12 Apartments und bietet dadurch vielfältige Rückzugsorte. Start: Mitte November 2026 Beschäftigung: VOLLZEIT

Bei uns stehen die kleinen Gäste ganz groß im Mittelpunkt - und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel!

Als Leitung unserer Kinderbetreuung übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unseren Nature Hero Kids Club und sorgst mit deinem Team dafür, dass sich unsere kleinen Gäste vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen. Mit deiner herzlichen Art, deinem Organisationstalent und deinen kreativen Ideen gestaltest du besondere Urlaubserlebnisse und entwickelst unser Kinderprogramm laufend weiter.

Dabei behältst du nicht nur den Überblick, sondern packst auch selbst mit an und bist für Kinder, Eltern und dein Team eine verlässliche Ansprechperson.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Leitung unserer Kinderbetreuung im Nature Hero Kids Club
  • Führung, Koordination und Unterstützung des Kinderbetreuungs-Teams
  • Entwicklung abwechslungsreicher Aktivitäten passend zu unseren Themenwelten wie Natur, Kreativ, Forschen, Spiel & Sport
  • Betreuung und gemeinsames Entdecken in unserem Nature Hero Kids Club und Nature Hero Basecamp
  • Sicherstellung eines liebevollen, sicheren und professionellen Betreuungsumfelds
  • Ansprechpartner für Eltern sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Organisation bzw. Nachbestellung von Materialien, Spielen und Ausstattung für die Bereiche
  • Mitgestaltung und laufende Weiterentwicklung unseres Familienangebotes
  • Spielerische und liebevolle Betreuung unserer kleinen Gäste

Das bringst du mit:

  • Freude und Begeisterung an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung, Pädagogik oder Animation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination eines Teams - kein muss
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einfühlungsvermögen und Organisationstalent
  • Kreativität, Offenheit und Teamgeist
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein herzliches Auftreten gegenüber Kindern, Eltern und dem Team
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
