Das erwartet Sie:

* Betreuung unserer österreichischen und internationalen Mandanten aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und Betriebsstrukturen. Dazu gehört insbesondere: * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung komplexer Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen über verschiedene Kollektivverträge hinweg * Fachliche Beratung, Prüfungsbetreuung und Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts- und Termintreuestandards * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams sowie Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung, des Wissensaufbaus und der Qualifizierung der Mitarbeiter_innen * Verantwortung für die Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung * Weiterentwicklung der (Automatisierungs-)Prozesse und Standards innerhalb der Payroll-Abteilung mit besonderem Fokus auf BMD NTCS * Ordnungsgemäße Abwicklung des Meldewesens und die Klärung komplexer Sachverhalte mit Behörden

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in der operativen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung, idealerweise im Umfeld einer Steuerberatungs- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei * Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams * Sehr gute Anwendungskenntnisse in BMD NTCS * Umfassendes Know-how im österreichischen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht, einschließlich unterschiedlicher Kollektivverträge, des Meldewesens (ÖGK, ELDA) und der Begleitung von Lohnabgabenprüfungen * Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil * Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, verbunden mit der Bereitschaft, aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mitzuwirken und Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Hohe Qualitäts- und Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit, Diskretion sowie Freude an einer wertschätzenden und teamorientierten Zusammenarbeit * Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Innovation sowie die Bereitschaft, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten und die Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs voranzutreiben

Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt iHv € 5.000 (Vollzeitbasis) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
