Wir suchen: 1 Leitung Qualitätsmanagement (m/w/d) Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

* Gestalten Sie die strategische und operative Ausrichtung unseres Qualitätsmanagements und entwickeln Sie die Organisation, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Arbeitsweisen der Abteilung zukunftsorientiert weiter.

* Übernehmen Sie als Process Owner die Verantwortung für die Qualitätsprozesse im Rahmen unserer SAP-S/4HANA-Transformation und gestalten Sie deren zukünftige Ausrichtung aktiv mit.

* Führen und entwickeln Sie ein rund 15-köpfiges Team aus den Bereichen operative Qualitätsprüfung, Labor, Reklamationsmanagement und Dokumentation und schaffen Sie Klarheit, Orientierung sowie eine verbindliche Zusammenarbeit.

* Verankern Sie operative Qualitätsprüfungen durchgängig in den Produktionsprozessen und stärken Sie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Einkauf und weiteren Prozesspartnern.

* Etablieren Sie eine konsequente Verbesserungs- und Qualitätskultur, leiten Sie aus Prüf- und Prozessdaten konkrete Maßnahmen ab und treiben Sie die nachhaltige Optimierung von Abläufen, Standards und Schnittstellen voran.

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung - idealerweise in Kunststofftechnik, Werkstofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung - und bringen fundierte Erfahrung im industriellen Qualitätsmanagement mit.

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung ist notwendig. Sie verstehen es, Mitarbeitende für neue Strukturen und Arbeitsweisen zu gewinnen, Verantwortlichkeiten klar zu definieren und die Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams konsequent zu fördern.

* Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktions- und Qualitätsprozesse verbindet sich bei Ihnen mit hoher IT- und Datenaffinität. Erfahrung mit SAP und integrierten ERP-Prozessen ist von Vorteil.

* Mit analytischer Stärke, Umsetzungsorientierung und überzeugender Kommunikation gestalten Sie Verbesserungen nachhaltig und arbeiten über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg partnerschaftlich zusammen.

Bezahlung
