* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Teams Messtechnik und Qualitätsprüfung (Teststand). * Klare Aufgabenverteilung, Priorisierung und Ressourcen- und Schichtplanung im Tagesgeschäft. * Ansprechperson für Eskalationen, Abweichungen und qualitätsrelevante Entscheidungen.

Operative Qualitätssicherung

* Verantwortung für Prüfprozesse, Mess- & Prüfstrategien und Freigaben in Messraum und Testraum. * Sicherstellung der norm- und zeichnungskonformen Prüfung von Bauteilen und Systemen. * Bewertung von Messergebnissen, Testergebnissen und Abweichungen inkl. Maßnahmenableitung.

Schnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit

* Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion und Standortleitung. * Unterstützung bei Erstmusterprüfungen, Prüfplanung und qualitätsrelevanten Projekten. * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen QS und operativen Bereichen.

Weiterentwicklung & Stabilität

* Weiterentwicklung der operativen QS-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Praxistauglichkeit. * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von QM-Vorgaben im operativen Alltag. * Förderung der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeiter*innen.

Das bringen Sie mit: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich operative Qualitätssicherung (z. B. Qualitätsmanagement mit Produktionsfokus, Quality Engineering, Messtechnik, Prüftechnik) * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens * Führungserfahrung oder nachweisliche Verantwortung für fachliche & disziplinäre Steuerung von Mitarbeiter*innen * Sehr gutes Verständnis von Mess- und Prüfprozessen in der Produktion * Erfahrung mit 3D-Koordinatenmesstechnik, idealerweise ZEISS * Entscheidungsstärke, Struktur und ein pragmatischer Zugang zur Qualität
