Für unseren Standort in Hohenems suchen wir

Du bist...

* disziplinarisch und fachlich verantwortlich für die Führung der Abteilung Strategischer Vertrieb & Marktentwicklung

* verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Vertrieb und Markt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung Vertrieb & Marketing

* zuständig für die aktive Steuerung der Marktentwicklung in definierten Fokusmärkten sowie für die Ableitung und Umsetzung konkreter Wachstumsinitiativen

* maßgeblich beteiligt an der gruppenweiten Umsetzung von Sales Excellence und einer wertorientierten Vertriebssteuerung

* in einer zentralen Rolle bei der datenbasierten Steuerung von Umsatz und Profitabilität durch geeignete Kennzahlen, Analysen und Reportings

Du hast...

* eine abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. MBA, MSc, BA)

* mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitenden Funktionen im Bereich Sales & Marketing mit ausgeprägtem B2B-, Vertriebs- und Strategiefokus

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, durchsetzungsstarke und kommunikative Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung

* fundierte Führungserfahrung in der disziplinarischen und interdisziplinären Leitung von Abteilungen oder Bereichen

Entlohnung

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
