L'opérateur est chargé de produire des pralines moulées et enrobées en fonction des critères établis à l'aide des différentes machines.

Vos responsabilités

  • Respecter les normes de sécurité et de qualité
  • Être responsable du fonctionnement de la ligne de production et arrêter la ligne s'il y a un risque au niveau de la sécurité ou des problèmes de qualité
  • Signaler chaque déviation et se charger de la manutention des machines
  • Prendre des échantillons sur la ligne et effectuer les mesures selon les instructions et au fil de la production
  • Exécuter les petites interventions techniques et un premier diagnostic de panne ou de défaut et les répertorier
  • Développer un esprit d'amélioration continue
  • Organiser le travail journalier avec le premier opérateur (et en son absence)
  • Réaliser l'inventaire de production (fin du mois)

Votre profil

  • Être en possession d'un bachelier technique ou une expérience équivalente
  • Maitriser les outils technologiques et informatiques
  • Être familier avec l'automatisation des lignes de production (connaissance de l'outils Scada et de l'HMI-écran de pilotage industriel) est un réel plus
  • Maitriser le français
  • Avoir une expérience dans l'industrie agro alimentaire
