SIBBO Tongeren is op zoek naar een enthousiaste leerkracht aardrijksunde/ geschiedenis om ons team te versterken. Ben jij iemand die niet alleen vakinhoudelijke kennis overbrengt, maar ook kijkt naar de unieke noden van elke leerling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Jouw uitdaging

Als leerkrachtaardrijksunde/ geschiedenis binnen OV4 (Type 9) begeleid je leerlingen met een autismespectrumstoornis (ASS) naar het behalen van het gemeenschappelijke curriculum. Je geeft vorm aan de reguliere leerplannen van het GO, maar doet dit met een scherp oog voor de socio-emotionele ondersteuning die onze leerlingen nodig hebben.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Vorming op maat: Je vertrekt vanuit een grondige beeldvorming en stelt samen met het team doelen op die passen bij de specifieke noden van de leerling.
  • Brede ontwikkeling: Naast het vakinhoudelijke zet je sterk in op burgerschap en het trainen van executieve functies (zelfregulatie).
  • Begeleiding naar de toekomst: Je bereidt leerlingen voor op een succesvolle overstap naar een vervolgstudie of de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Teamplayer: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en ondersteuners om een veilige en gestructureerde leeromgeving te bieden.
