Als levensbeschouwelijk zorgverlener ondersteun je patiënten en hun naasten bij vragen rond zingeving, levensbeschouwing en belangrijke levensmomenten. Je werkt in een pluralistisch team waar respect, verbinding en persoonsgerichte zorg centraal staan. Met een open blik en aandacht voor ieders overtuiging bied je een luisterend oor, creëer je ruimte voor dialoog en draag je bij aan warme en mensgerichte zorg

OVER DE JOB

  • Levensbeschouwelijke begeleiding – Je ondersteunt patiënten, naasten en medewerkers bij zingevings- en levensbeschouwelijke vragen tijdens ingrijpende levensmomenten.
  • Persoonsgerichte zorg – Je draagt bij aan integrale zorg met aandacht voor waarden, overtuigingen, betekenisgeving en veerkracht.
  • Ethische ondersteuning – Je ondersteunt zorgverleners, teams en beleid bij ethische en levensbeschouwelijke vraagstukken
  • Interdisciplinaire samenwerking – Je werkt samen met zorgteams en andere disciplines om de levensbeschouwelijke dimensie van zorg mee vorm te geven.
  • Vorming en expertise – Je ontwikkelt initiatieven rond zingeving en ondersteunt medewerkers via vorming, coaching en deskundigheidsbevordering.
  • Netwerking, vrijwilligers en permanentie – Je onderhoudt contacten met externe levensbeschouwelijke partners, ondersteunt vrijwilligers en neemt deel aan de permanentie- en wachtdienst

OVER JOU

  • Diploma – Je hebt een bachelor in levensbeschouwelijke zorg of een gelijkgestelde humane richting.
  • Deontologie – Je handelt volgens de deontologische principes van levensbeschouwelijke zorg.
  • Open houding – Je bent ondogmatisch en staat open voor vrij onderzoek en andere overtuigingen.
  • Communicatie – Je luistert aandachtig, communiceert tactvol en gaat respectvol om met anderen.
  • Samenwerking – Je werkt zelfstandig en collegiaal binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Flexibiliteit – Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en gaat vlot om met uiteenlopende situaties.
