Namhafte Hersteller wie Audi, VW, KTM, Thule oder Schwarzmüller zählen zu unseren Kunden. 1 LIEFERANTENENTWICKLER_IN (SQD) Als Lieferantenentwickler_in (SQD) sind Sie Teil unseres Bereiches Group Quality & Sustainability und arbeiten an der Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und unseren nationalen sowie internationalen Lieferanten. In dieser Funktion tragen Sie zur Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsanforderungen entlang der Lieferkette bei.

Was Sie bei uns bewirken...

* Qualifikation, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferanten

* Koordination von Lieferantenwechsel und ggf. Durchführung von System- und Prozessaudits

* Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops bei Lieferanten

* Aktives Lieferantenmonitoring

* Erstellung von Lieferantenbewertungen und Risikoanalysen

* Eskalationsstufe bei schwierigen Lieferantenreklamationen

* Durchführen von internen Audits (inkl. standortübergreifender Schnittstellenaudits)

* Überwachung und Wirksamkeitsprüfung von Maßnahmen

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des internen Managementsystems

* Prüfung, Pflege und Implementierung von Kundenanforderungen

Was uns überzeugt...

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH oder vergleichbar)

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon 3 Jahre im Qualitätsmanagement

* Fundiertes Verständnis relevanter Normen, beispielsweise z.B.: ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, IATF

* Ausbildung zum/zur externen Auditor_in, beispielsweise nach ISO 9001 oder VDA 6.3 von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
