Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und für den dauerhaften Einsatz bei unseren Kund_innen in Schwaz/Umgebung suchen wir ab sofort: 1 Liegenschaftsbetreuer_in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit. (Montag bis Freitag)

Deine Aufgaben:

* Ausführung diverser objektwerterhaltender Maßnahmen

* Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Kontrolle und Wartung technischer Einrichtungen

* Reinigungsarbeiten und Schneeräumung

* Grünraumpflege inkl. Heckenschnitt

* Übernahme von Kontrolltätigkeiten (Brandschutzbeauftragte_r, Liftwart_in etc.)

* Unterstützung bei Entsorgungs- & Lieferdienste

* Laufende Unterhaltsreinigung von Allgemeinräumen, Stiegenhäusern, Gängen, Kellerbereichen etc.

* Verwendung von Reinigungsgeräten und Materialien

* Einhaltung der Hygienestandards und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Das erwartet Dich bei uns:

Stellenanforderung:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf von Vorteil

* Du hast Spaß am Beruf und Erfahrung

* Du hast einen Führerschein B

* Selbstständige & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit

* Flexibilität

* Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen den Anforderungen der Tätigkeit

Arbeitszeiten:

* in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 20 Wochenstunden

* Montag bis Donnerstag von 07:00 - 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 - 17:00 Uhr Freitag von 07:00 - 12:00 Uhr

Arbeitsort:

* Schwaz und Umgebung

* Die Erreichbarkeit der Dienststelle in Vomp ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gegeben (Bahnhof Schwaz - Ausgang Vomp)

Den im KV gesetzlich vorgegebenen Bruttomonatsgehalt auf Basis von 40 Wochenstunden sind wir gerne bereit zu überzahlen. Die Überzahlung richtet sich nach Deinen Zusatzausbildungen sowie Qualifikationen.
