Als Lifttechnieker in Oost-Vlaanderen neem je de volledige zorg en het onderhoud van gevarieerde liftinstallaties op verschillende industriële locaties op jou. Je start in een voltijdse, mobiele functie binnen de industriële sector via een uitzendperiode. Het einddoel van deze opstart is vanaf de eerste dag volkomen helder: na een positieve evaluatie en inwerkperiode teken je een vast contract van onbepaalde duur. Jouw technische vakkennis wordt vanaf dag één uitstekend beloond met een aantrekkelijk startloon vanaf minimaal € 18,00 bruto per uur, dat gestaag meegroeit met jouw opgebouwde ervaring. Dit basissalaris wordt direct aangevuld met een dagelijkse maaltijdvergoeding van € 10,00 per gewerkte dag. Werken jouw shiften in een ploegenstelsel, dan ontvang je daarbovenop een extra ploegenpremie. Om al je verplaatsingen comfortabel en efficiënt te laten verlopen, staat er vanaf je allereerste werkdag een volledig ingerichte camionette met hoogwaardig professioneel gereedschap voor je klaar. Deze bedrijfswagen mag je na een kleine vergoeding eveneens onbeperkt in je vrije tijd privé gebruiken. Wat deze functie extra aantrekkelijk maakt, is dat al jouw opdrachten en projecten specifiek worden afgestemd op jouw eigen woonomgeving in Oost-Vlaanderen en jouw persoonlijke kennisniveau.

Elke werkdag vertrek je vanuit huis met je servicewagen naar diverse industriële klanten in jouw eigen regio. Jouw kerntaak is het preventief controleren en onderhouden van liftinstallaties om slijtage tijdig op te sporen en storingen te vermijden. Treedt er toch een onverwacht probleem op, dan spoor je de elektrische en mechanische fouten op en voer je meteen de herstellingen uit. Doordat alle opdrachten dicht bij jouw woonplaats liggen, beperk je de verplaatsingstijd en behoud je een prima evenwicht tussen werk en vrije tijd.
