We zijn op zoek naar een lijnverantwoordelijke die mee het verschil wil maken op de werkvloer. Als lijnverantwoordelijke ben jij de motor achter een vlot draaiende productielijnen voor broden en sandwiches. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, van opstart tot eindproduct, en coördineert de verschillende taken van een productielijn. ?

Je werkt in een wisselend 2-ploegensysteem van maandag tot vrijdag en bent altijd thuis in het weekend:

Wat ga je doen?

  • Zelfstandig opstarten, ombouwen en afsluiten van de productielijn voor een continu verloop
  • Het gehele productieproces volgen en ingrijpen bij technische storingen
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne op de werkvloer bewaken
  • Coördineren van taken op de productielijn voor een goede flow
  • Technische storingen minimaliseren en verhelpen waar nodig

Wat vragen wij?

  • Eerdere werkervaring als (proces) operator of verantwoordelijke in een voedings- of productieomgeving
  • Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en vermogen om zelfstandig te werken
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met sterke sociale vaardigheden en resultaatgerichtheid
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en technisch inzicht
  • Basiskennis van computers is een troef
  • Sterke interesse in techniek en vermogen om technische storingen te verhelpen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
