Voor een familiaal bedrijf gelegen in Temse, dat gekend staat voor hun uitgebreide assortiment aan koekjes en gebak zijn wij opzoek achter een lijnverantwoordelijke in het 2ploegenstelsel.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Lijnbeheer: Je start, stelt in en bouwt de verpakkingslijn om voor een vlotte productie.
  • Materiaalvoorraad: Je zorgt dat de juiste verpakkingsmaterialen altijd klaarstaan voor gebruik.
  • Machinecontrole: Je monitort de werking van de machines, inclusief etiketten en metaaldetectoren.
  • Storingen oplossen: Je grijpt snel in en verhelpt zelf kleine technische storingen.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je voert regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit voor het beste eindresultaat.
  • Team aansturen: Je organiseert het werk efficiënt en stuurt de inpakmedewerkers aan.
  • Onboarding: Je begeleidt nieuwe collega's aan de lijn voor een vlotte start.
  • Meewerken: Je steekt de handen zelf mee uit de mouwen om de continuïteit te garanderen.

Je bent een echte aanpakker met passie voor techniek en oog voor mensen. Je wil je graag vastbijten in ons productieproces en stapgewijs uitgroeien tot een expert aan onze machines.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt al relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de voeding.
  • Communicatie: Je bent communicatief sterk, duidelijk en durft de leiding te nemen.
  • Technische feeling: Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en begrijpt hoe machines werken.
  • Hygiëne&veiligheid: Strikt werken volgens de voedselveiligheidsregels (geen juwelen, geen nagellak/ gelnagels, dragen van een haarnetje) is allemaal van zelfsprekend voor je.
