Wir sind ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb in Groß-Enzersdorf und sorgen in der TK-Gemüseproduktion dafür, dass Frische und Qualität aus dem Marchfeld auf den Teller kommen. Bei uns bist du keine Nummer, sondern ein wichtiges Mitglied unserer Betriebsfamilie. 1 Linienführer / Anlagenfahrer in der Lebensmittelproduktion (m/w/d) Standort: 2301 Groß-Enzersdorf

Ausmaß: Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) Schichtbetrieb

Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Das Wichtigste, das du mitbringen musst, ist:

* Lernfreude & echtes Interesse: Das ist für uns das Wichtigste! Du bist neugierig, willst verstehen, wie unsere Anlagen funktionieren, und hast richtig Lust darauf, Neues zu lernen. Den Rest bringen wir dir bei!

* Ausbildung? Kein Muss! Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich oder in der Lebensmittelbranche (z. B. als Schlosser, Mechatroniker, Elektriker, Koch oder Lebensmitteltechniker) ist zwar von Vorteil, aber wenn du bereits Erfahrung in der Produktion (auch außerhalb der Lebensmittelbranche) mitbringst, passt du sicher gut in unser Team!

Das ist dein Aufgabenbereich:

* Anlagenbedienung: Du steuerst, überwachst und optimierst unsere modernen Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen für TK-Gemüse.

* Linienführung: Du koordinierst den Ablauf an deiner Produktionslinie und leitest das kleine Team in deiner Schicht!

* Störungsbehebung: Kleinere technische Störungen behebst du selbstständig, bei größeren Fehlern arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit unserer Betriebstechnik.

* Für deine Einarbeitung starten wir gemeinsam! Sobald du fit im Job bist, arbeitest du bei uns überwiegend in den Nachtstunden.

* Mobilität: Zum Erreichen des Arbeitsplatzes ist ein eigener PKW von Vorteil.

Dein Gehalt:

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein attraktives Gesamtpaket:

* Grundgehalt: € 2.500,- brutto pro Monat (auf Basis Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche).

Dein tatsächliches Einstiegsgehalt vereinbaren wir individuell mit dir - je nachdem, was du schon an Erfahrung mitbringst und wie du dich im Betrieb einbringst.
