Locatiemanager Frestia | Honselersdijk Frestia | Honselersdijk Honselersdijk Fulltime 40 Hbo, Mbo 31-08-2026 AGF Functie Locatiemanager - 40 uur Als Locatiemanager bij Frestia ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de locatie. Samen met jouw team zorg je voor een sterke paprikateelt en een goed draaiende locatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Locatiemanager ben jij de spil van de locatie. Dankzij jouw aansturing verlopen de werkzaamheden efficiënt en blijft het gewas gezond. Voor zowel arbeid, teelt én biologische gewasbescherming: jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles op elkaar aansluit. Je neemt zelfstandig beslissingen en zorgt samen met de meewerkend voormannen dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd. Zo houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren van de werkzaamheden rondom arbeid, teelt en bio; - Bewaken en bijsturen van het klimaat en de WKK; - Afstemmen met collega-locatiemanagers; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen dat deze worden opgelost; - Samenwerken met en begeleiden van de meewerkende voormannen op jouw locatie. Op één van onze locaties draaien we het project 100% groen telen. Hier werk je samen met onze projectmanager aan mee. Waar kom je te werken? We're all about taste. Smaak, daar draait alles om bij Frestia. Wij zijn een écht familiebedrijf en telers van specialties in paprika's en tomaten. Onze producten staan bij uitstek bekend om hun smaak: Vitapep snackpaprika's, zoetpuntpaprika's en mini troscherry tomaten. Met ons team werken we in Nederland en Portugal aan het jaarrond produceren én verpakken van lekkere snackgroenten op een duurzame wijze. Als Locatiemanager kom je te werken op een van onze locaties in Zuid-Holland. Wij hebben kassen in Honselersdijk, Maasdijk, Bleiswijk en binnenkort ook in Tinte. Honselersdijk is onze hoofdlocatie met twee kassen. Hier sta je ook direct in verbinding met onze verpakkingshal en kantoor. Jij werkt samen met de meewerkend voormanne...
