The posting

Nous recherchons un.e Employé.e Logistique Import/Export mondiale pour un de nos clients qui est actif dans le secteur de l'import-export et du commerce international, avec une spécialisation dans la conception, l'approvisionnement et la fourniture d'articles promotionnels personnalisés (cadeaux publicitaires).

En tant qu'Employé(e) Logistique Import/Export mondiale, vous serez responsable des tâches suivantes :

Gestion administrative des commandes

  • Réceptionner et traiter les bons de commande;
  • Confirmer les prix et informations nécessaires auprès des parties prenantes;
  • Encoder les bons de commande fournisseurs et clients dans l'ERP;
  • Créer les fiches produits complètes;
  • Établir les sales orders, packing lists et fiches techniques conformément au cahier des charges client.

Documentation import/export

  • Préparer les documents nécessaires aux expéditions (packing lists, BL, certificats, factures commerciales);
  • Veiller à la conformité des expéditions avec les réglementations douanières et légales en vigueur.

Suivi de production et logistique

  • Suivre les délais de production, de livraison et l'état des stocks;
  • Organiser le transport des marchandises (y compris cadeaux promotionnels) depuis la production jusqu'aux clients finaux;
  • Assurer la liaison avec les transporteurs pour garantir le bon déroulement des expeditions;
  • Veiller au respect des délais de livraison et gérer les imprévus;
  • Suivi des audits.

Relations fournisseurs et clients

  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour coordonner la production et l'expédition des produits;
  • Assurer une communication fluide entre toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes;
  • Communiquer avec les clients sur le statut de leurs commandes et résoudre les éventuels problèmes.

Amélioration continue

  • Analyser les processus logistiques existants, proposer des pistes d'optimisation ainsi que la mise en place des processus validé.

Profil idéal pour la fonction d'Employé(e) Logistique Import/Export mondiale:

  • Vous êtes stable, organisé(e), méthodique et à l'aise avec les tâches administratives, rigoureux, avec le sens du détail, une capacité à traiter beaucoup d'informations simultanément, réactif, capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle, proactive;
  • Vous avez une bonne mémoire, notamment pour retenir les références produits et les spécificités des dossiers clients;
  • Vous aimez travailler en équipe;
  • Vous êtes bilingue français et l'anglais;
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités et faire face aux imprévus avec sang-froid;
  • Une première expérience en logistique, import/export ou administration des ventes est un plus.
  • Une expérience du logiciel Odoo est un atout;
  • La maîtrise des produits Google et/ou microsoft et/ou IA est un atout (Google sheet, excel, word, gemini,...).
