Salaris Marktconform Opleidingsniveau MBO/HBO Locatie Grootebroek Logistics Coördinator (32-40 uur) Voor onze klant in Grootebroek zijn wij op zoek naar een Logistics Coördinator. In deze functie ben je dagelijks bezig met internationale goederenstromen en zorg je ervoor dat orders, transporten en leveringen goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je komt terecht in een internationale organisatie met een informele en collegiale werksfeer. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Een transport kan vertraging oplopen, een planning kan veranderen of een klant kan een vraag hebben. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt ervoor dat zaken goed worden geregeld. Wat ga je doen? - Plannen en coördineren van transporten; - Bewaken van orders en levertijden; - Beheren van de voorraad- en logistieke administratie; - Voorbereiden van orders voor facturatie; - Verwerken van analysecertificaten en andere documenten; - Contact onderhouden met transporteurs en opslagpartners; - Behandelen van logistieke vragen en klachten; - Signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar praktische oplossingen. Wat breng je mee? - Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding in een relevante richting; - Ongeveer 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare logistieke functie; - Je bent communicatief sterk en vindt het prettig om met verschillende partijen te schakelen; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; - Duits is mooi meegenomen; - Je bent stressbestendig en houdt ook in drukke situaties het overzicht; - Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag initiatief; - Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office; - Ervaring met SAP is een pré.
