The posting

  • De Logistics Coördinator is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en het bijsturen van het transportplan voor de productiesites en de opvolging van de realisatie ervan en draagt op die manier bij tot de klanten service en de logistieke efficiëntie.
  • Het dagelijkse transportplan opmaken: een rittenplanning per trekker en per aanhanger waarbij je kiest voor eigen vervoer of een derde partij (conform de procedure).
  • Beschikbaarheden van goederen in het ABAS-systeem controleren.
  • Plannen en opvolgen van eventuele verkooporders voor het retourneren van goederen
  • Communicatie van transportplanning naar outbound medewerkers
  • Opvolgen realisatie van het aflevertransport en indien nodig bijsturen om maximaal de klanten tijdig te kunnen beleveren
  • Bewaken dat er altijd voldoende lege en beladen trailers beschikbaar zijn op de productiesites
  • Vermijd vertragingen in het transport

In deze rol zoeken we vooral iemand die begrijpt hoe sterk de impact is van teamwerk. Het tweerichtingsverkeer van geven en krijgen van data is cruciaal. Van nature ben je iemand die graag in processen denkt, je bent dus in staat om je los te trekken van het operationele om meer abstract in processen te denken waarin je helder genoeg bent om te zien waar je kan verbeteren en hoe je dat kan aanpakken. De manier waarop je werkt is gericht op duurzaamheid in de brede zin van het woord: processen zijn herbruikbaar maar jouw advies is ook gericht op de duurzaamheid en slagkracht van de organisatie. Als persoon werk je graag in een actiegerichte onderneming: je boekt graag vooruitgang, je adviseert graag maar je doet dat na accurate analyses en interpretaties.
