De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je registreert nauwkeurig inkomende en uitgaande goederen om de administratieve processen vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je bedient de weegbrug en zorgt voor correcte weging van vrachtwagens.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde stockrapporten op, zodat klanten inzicht krijgen in hun goederen.
  • Je verwerkt leveringsbonnen van zeeschepen, vrachtwagens en containers, met aandacht voor correcte administratieve afhandeling.
  • Je controleert laadreferenties en waarborgt de nauwkeurigheid van gegevens voor klanten.
  • Je verzendt transportopdrachten en onderhoudt vlotte contacten met rederijen en transporteurs.
  • Je onderhoudt proactief klantcontact om operationele en administratieve zaken efficiënt te beheren.

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke omgeving en een passie voor je werk.
  • Je bent klantgericht, denkt actief mee en biedt creatieve oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de klant.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in Nederlands, Frans en Engels, met een professioneel vermogen om te schakelen tussen verschillende belanghebbenden.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van computerapplicaties, waaronder Excel en Microsoft 365.
  • Ervaring met douanedocumenten is een mooi pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een scherp oog voor prioriteiten en behoudt overzicht, ook in hectische situaties.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste collega die wil blijven leren en groeien.
