Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je een goede voeling met logistieke processen en krijg je energie van het verbeteren van operationele prestaties? Als Logistics Performance Analyst speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van productiviteitsmanagement op verschillende logistieke sites in België.

Je combineert data-analyse, logistieke processen en systemen. Daarbij vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen Operations, IT en Business Intelligence en zorg je ervoor dat inzichten uit data daadwerkelijk leiden tot betere prestaties op de werkvloer.

  • Analyseren van productiviteitsgegevens en rapporteringen en afwijkingen vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • Operationele teams ondersteunen bij het gebruik van data om prestaties en productiviteit te verbeteren
  • Implementeren en verder uitrollen van productivity tools op nieuwe en bestaande logistieke sites in België
  • Optreden als functioneel expert en centraal aanspreekpunt voor PMX, Activity Tracker en Effitrack
  • Nieuwe operationele behoeften analyseren en deze vertalen naar functionele oplossingen
  • Processen, workflows, targets, gebruikers en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de verschillende applicaties configureren en onderhouden
  • De kwaliteit en consistentie van volume-, tijds- en productiviteitsdata bewaken
  • Nauw samenwerken met Operations, IT en BI om betrouwbare rapporteringen en dashboards te garanderen
  • Problemen binnen toepassingen of processen analyseren, oorzaken achterhalen en duurzame oplossingen uitwerken
  • Nieuwe functionaliteiten en systeemreleases testen en valideren voordat deze verder worden uitgerold
  • Key-users en operationele teams opleiden en begeleiden in het correcte gebruik van de verschillende tools
  • Verbeterkansen proactief detecteren en bijdragen aan verdere standaardisatie tussen de verschillende sites
  • Meewerken aan bredere projecten rond workforce management, productiviteit en digitalisering
  • Een datagedreven en resultaatgerichte verbetercultuur verder stimuleren binnen de organisatie
  • Bachelor- of masterniveau, behaald door opleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Een relevante achtergrond binnen warehouse, logistiek of Contract Logistics, bij voorkeur binnen een 3PL-omgeving
  • Ervaring met productivity tools, WMS-systemen of andere operationele toepassingen vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Cijfers en data analyseren gaat je vlot af en je weet deze te vertalen naar begrijpelijke en concrete acties
  • Een analytische blik combineer je met een sterke interesse in de operationele werking van een warehouse
  • Kennis van PMX en/of Activity Tracker
  • Vertrouwd met Excel en bij voorkeur ervaring met rapporterings- of BI-tools zoals Tableau of Business Objects
  • Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak weet je verschillende projecten, vragen en prioriteiten tegelijkertijd te beheren
  • Complexe informatie kan je op een heldere en toegankelijke manier uitleggen aan verschillende doelgroepen
  • Proactief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht zijn eigenschappen waarin je jezelf herkent
  • Je voelt je thuis in een verbindende rol tussen business, operations en IT
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om stakeholders op verschillende niveaus mee te krijgen
  • Een vlotte kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Engels
  • Bereidheid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar verschillende logistieke locaties in België
